When we arrived there was no one at reception. Called reception no answer. After 5 minutes member of staff appeared. As gold member should have had a free drink but the hotel has no bar or restaurant! How is this a 4 star hotel? No one at the hotel spoke English at all. Shower was weak and Luke warm and there was a lot of white noise in the room making it difficult to sleep. Overall not a great experience.

When I was ther I asked the recepcionist about the parking, I was prepared to pay for it, but she told me that they only have 10 spaces for parking an they where busy. I dont undertand why in the Epedia Page they put thay they have parking an they did not. I think Expedia have to check the properties before they put them in the Page. It is not valid for the customers

I'm very sad to write this review and have reached out to the property twice for a reply and rectification of my recent stay without a reply. While the hotel, staff and room are perfectly lovely. I arrived and was left 2 Shampoo bottles (one of which had already been clearly opened) and no Conditioner. The fire alarm went off and was a false alarm, however my sleep after a long journey from Australia (30 Hours) was very disrupted. The following night I had no hot water to have a shower, the next morning, still not rectified and after a restless night sleep was offered to shower in another uncleaned room just down the hall, traipsing there in my dressing gown with all of my toiletries, however this room thankfully had Conditioner. The hot water had apparently been fixed however that evening after a cold and wet day, I was greeted to no towels in my room and tepid water. When I requested some towels, the receptionist brought me a very old and stained bath mat which was quite disgusting. Requesting to speak with a manager this was denied as to none being on site and they wouldn't be on site for the remainder of my stay another 2 days over the weekend. I requested another room and was told I should move Hotels. Now as the basic necessities of a hotel such as hot water weren't available to me for 2 days of my 4 day stay and no manager was on hand or would contact me, this was most upsetting. I had no desire to change hotels for my final night and no compensation was offered.

Sehr schönes Hotel** an guter Lage Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal (Réception, Zimmer, Bar!!) **Auf den zweiten Blick aber doch eher in die Jahre gekommen => - das Wasser im Badezimmer ist nicht abgelaufen - der Wasserdruck in der Badewanne-Dusche war sehr bescheiden - die manuelle Storenbedienung war defekt - der sehr schmale Lift ist lärmig und nicht gerade vertrauenswürdig (bei Platzangst bitte die Treppen hoch steigen). -Trotz kleiner Entschädigung/Geste (Dankeschön !) war es sehr ungemütlich, dass ausgerechnet bei diesen sehr hohen Temperaturen die Klimaanlage total ausfiel…an den beiden Vortagen hatten wir bei derselben Hotelkette bereits dasselbe Problem => Totalausfall Klimaanlage….und das arme Personal vor Ort muss dann die verärgerten Gäste besänftigen!

Séjour très décevant pour un hôtel 4 étoiles. Pas de climatisation pendant deux jours , alors qu’il faisait plus de 30 degrés. Aucune communication en amont, une grille du faux plafond qui se détache à 4h du mat, aucune solution proposée… et même pas un geste commercial – pas même le petit déjeuner ou parking offert. Pour un établissement de ce standing, c’est tout simplement inacceptable !!!!!
