The location of the apartment is excellent. Everything is within walking distance. The apartment is very spacious, and has everything we need. The only thing we would recommend is the bathroom lighting. It is not good enough.

The streets shut down for pedestrian access only which was a challenge. When we pulled the car up before the shut down the police harassed us until we moved even though it was just 2 minutes. The place itself was great! Awesome location.

i now always go to lofts for my stays in quebec. spacious, contactless, with real small hotel appartments, fully equipped and so well located, good beds, very well sound proofed... excellent! (only wish was for them to have a luggage locked place to store your things, so you can come and "check in" earlier and leave " check out" later, leaving the luggage in their storage before you catch your flight or train)

Super place! Great location. As pictured! A few stairs getting up from the street to the elevator and parking is not convienent but I imagine it’s the same for everything in the area, especially at Christmas time. Previous review mentions the shower being a challenge but we did not find this to be a problem. The bathroom door gets stuck and requires a lot of effort to open but that seems like it could be a simple fix. Would be nice to stock the kitchen with a start roll or paper towels and/or napkins. Location is perfect and loft was clean. Beds were comfortable - kids slept on sofa bed and found it far better than most sofa beds.

Excellent stay for a small family. Secure, elegant, all the things that one would hope for in a unit like this! The space was impeccable, great tub for soaking and space for playing, eating, and watching a movie. The space is shared in terms of light and sound, but we would come back in a heartbeat. The neighborhood and everything it has to offer is incredible. Wonderful experience for us. Covered, inexpensive parking was just a 5-minute walk. Not to mention all the things we wanted to visit accessible easily on foot.

Recommended

We would recommend this property based on its location, cleanliness, spaciousness and comfort. It feels safe and it’s a good location for the old town. It’s also great to walk towards Montcalm, which is more residential and has a local population and the Art Museum is nearby. The Rue de St Jean towards the west has more restaurants and is much less touristy. The only thing to note is that the building stays very warm even if you turn the heating off, and the loft area warms up. There is an AC unit but the space is large to cool down. There is an elevator, but once inside the building, there a three steps up to the elevator. The Les Lofts team is very responsive to emails.

Excellent location, on a pedestrian street in the middle of shopping, restaurants and sightseeing. Easy walking to all of Old Town. Spacious apartment, well-appointed. Communication was exactly as promised. Only nitpick is that cable TV flickered in and out frequently. But we didn't spend that much time watching TV anyway.

Property was in a good touristy location. Walkable to everything. Many food options. It was clean and generally pleasing. Kitchen was very nice. The things I didn't like - bathroom facilities were basic. Water did not drain well in the shower/bath. The linens were not the best. Beds could have been more comfortable. Pricing was too high for the quality of accommodations that were offered and not worth it. It was hard to park nearby to load and unload and we had to find a public garage in the area and pay extra for it.

Advertised as having air conditioning but it didn’t work properly. There were no ceiling fans which made it very difficult to sleep and ruined the stay. The property management couldn’t fix the air and wouldn’t give us a discount foe untruthful advertising. I wouldn’t stay here in the summer, not sure if the heat works in the winter.
