The staff here was very nice, the lady at the front desk made me feel welcomed and safe. Although the room was gross, it felt dirty. The walls were dirty, bathroom hadn’t been scrubbed down, there was something leaking from the fridge, bed wasn’t very comfortable, my safety door lock was broken. Won’t be staying at this location again, but like I said staff was friendly.

This hotel is so horrible that we rather left and book a different hotel for tonight! The rooms smell really bad, I first asked for a different room, they gave us a new room, but it was as bad as the other! Do not book at this hotel unless you want to have a terrible experience! room was noisy: both sounds from surrounding bathrooms and other rooms. No amenities in room (like a cub or 2). Checkin attendant was not at desk when I arrived - on probably a personal call in back. When he finally came to desk he then talked to maid in Spanish rather than me. Did not tell me about wifi or give me a parking lot form.

the photos of this property on Expedia are totally misleading. It was dirty. The parking lot appeared to have drug deals going on in the middle of the night, and Expedia appeared to be indifferent to my desire for a full refund. I would advise Expedia to vet their hotels more thoroughly in the future. I will certainly read the reviews for a hotel in the future.
