The room was clean and comfortable but the staff made the stay exceptional! From Jordan at check in to housekeeping, the staff in the breakfast area, and the lady at check out they were all very welcoming and helpful. Would definitely recommend and stay again if in the area.

We arrived late and the check-in was smooth. Unfortunately, the hotel bed and bathroom was very dirty. The bed had dirty sheets and blanket (looked like food crumbs and smears). Hotel staff said they had no blankets and gave me a set of sheets I could change the bed myself. I jad to clean the shower before use and the toilet had yellow stains.

Just when I thought excellent customer service was a thing of the past, the staff here proved otherwise. Everyone, and I literally mean every staff member I ran into during my stay, which was 7, was so friendly and helpful. Thank you for making my stay so incredible!!

Check in clerk was not friendly. The water coming out of faucets and toilet were brown and we were told that was normal so we had to brush our teeth with bottled water. The beds were hard and so were the pillows. The snack area was bare. Overall not a good experience. We will not stay at this hotel again.
