Incredible staff, out going and very friendly. Mirina at registration, and Mickey at the bar went out of their way to make our stay wonderful. Property was extremely clean, food was spot on and perfectly seasoned. The hotel is a short walk away from the Hauptbahnhof or a short ride on the tram which passes the hotel. The rooms are clean ,bright and airy. There is a relaxed atmosphere. All staff I met during my stay were polite and welcoming. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room (in my room anyway) Overall well recommended

Overall an average stay, had some issues with checking in as the room was not ready ant 15:00 and we were told to wait at the restaurant. We went back to the reception at 3:20 and were told the room was still not ready. I went again at 3:45 and said that this is becoming too long. At this point the receptionist asked me rudely whether we had come back to check within the last 45 mins. I said yes we did then he said the room was ready and that he was not aware we were waiting which didn’t make any sense. Apart from the rude communication around check-in the staff, including the same receptionist, were generally nice. The hotel was mostly clean and the room was spacious but overall felt like a 2 star hotel.
