nice and clean hotel, all staffs are nice and friendly
But, I had an unpleasant and scary visit on Friday night 12 Dec 2025. the owner of the hotel came to my hotel room after 21:00 , he knocked the door and said my payment card was decline which mean the transaction didn't go through, then I change to a new card to pay then it was worked , the transaction went through ( reservet) and I did show him my transaction, However I though everything was Ok, unexpectedly he came back again around 21:15 ( 2nd time) knocked the door and said to me that he didn't receive money , then he started talking about he could call to police if he didn't receive money transaction, anyway since the different bank and country it would take awhile before transaction set in. therefore I tried to explain him about it, seem he accepted, then he left, But he came back again for the 3rd time knocked the door , this time he brought the lap top with him and show me that transaction didn't go through , according to my bank and transaction history its say money is gone from my account, So I told him I will call the bank on saturday morning( becourse I will be checking out 13 dec) and either pay at the front desk when i check out if the hotel don't get money within saturday morning. ,it seemed he understand and satisfy.
During I was checking out, I asked the front desk staff , she said its was ok , they received the money..
However this situation i have never had in my life , it was unpleasant
