Lençóis e fronhas sujas no check in!

O hotel em si é muito bacana e com boa localização, entretanto na nossa chegada, no fim da tarde, deixamos as malas e saimos para jantar. Quando retornamos, por volta das 22h, percebi que os lençóis e fronhas estavam sujos. Sujos mesmos, usados, com muitos pelos corporais tanto na fronha quanto nos lençóis, e com colocação de usado mesmo. Fiz um video e chamei a recepção e eles trocaram, porém considero uma falha terrível. O rapaz que nos atendeu perguntou se tinhamos colocado a plaquinha, pedindo limpeza do quarto, mas eu retruquei que estavamos chegando naquele dia, não era sujeira nossa. Ele pediu desculpa e trocou os lençóis. Porém as almofadas que ficam de decoração nas foram trocadas e estavam sujas também.

Muito Confortável e limpo. Precisa melhorar em relação ao acesso aos quartos, durante nossa estadia precisamos diversas vezes nos deslocar até a recepção para substituir o cartão magnético. Um dos quartos estava com vazamento de água da torneira da pia e nos forneceram mais panos de chão para manter o piso seco, porém sem resolução. Café da manhã bom, porém o tempo de espera para reposição dos alimentos que acabavam cedo era extenso.

O hotel tem uma recepção bonita, o quarto e bom. Atende bem as necessidades A localização e no meio do caminho, não e centro e nem na av litorânea. Precisa de uber ou carro para ir a qualquer lugar. Fechei este hotel apenas para dormir, pois meu destino era Barreirinhas, meu marido tem refluxo pedi 3 travesseiros para ter um pouco de conforto tinha 2 na recepção percebi que o rapaz estava com preguiça de buscar o terceiro, quarto com bastante cheiro de mofo, cama dura . Da pra quebrar um galho apenas, mas mesmo que seja pra passar a noite se eu voltar para São Luís não fico neste hotel.
