Enjoyed our stay. Specially the callejoniadas that kept passing through our room window. Literally steps from the plaza, restaurants, bars and cafes. Only downside was that they don’t have parking BUT valet is available. (If there is room in the parking garage) which has cameras everywhere. Would def. stay again.

Hotel is located right at the heart of Guanajuato. The view was amazing, we were able to see the callejoneadas, listen to the norteño and mariachi playing in the plaza and buy delicious ezquite literally in front of the entrance of the hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

Service was good from some of the workers there, the best one wasbfrom a man named don jose, the bad part was that they say no a lot for some not that difficult requests, we were in the terrace enjoying the view, sobwebasked for them to open the restroom and told us no because it was only for events, so we had to go to the lobby or our room to go to the restrooms, This was my 2nd time here, i will think about if i stay there next time.

This place was amazing it was right in front of everything and it is walking distance to everything. I really recommend this place, although one thing to consider is that it does not have air conditioner so if you plan on going during the summer months it will be hot.
