Management went above and beyond expectation. Had a couple of small problems with the room and they upgraded me for the rest of my stay. They checked in to make sure everything was okay. Shops and cafes are in walking distance. Couldn’t ask for a better location.

3 night stay in Tauranga

The owners were wonderful and were very accommodating. They provided a chair for me to use at the cricket free of charge and ensured that I had a great stay. Is a great location with shops and beach nearby, as well as the mount. Plenty of stuff to do over a couple of days there, will definitely stay again there if i come to Tauranga

If you’re after just a comfortable bed and basic amenities. This is the place to stay. Netflix etc are not included in the tv, you have to log into your account so those who don’t have netflix miss out. Just basic tv. Stayed in corporate suite which had a spa bath. Close to town which is the bonus.

The downside of a very good Mount location

Actually nothing wrong with accommodation. It was clean and roomy. Owners were both very friendly. My problem was that on both nights Friday and Saturday night I was woken around 2-3am by raucous individuals emptying out of the nearby pubs? I guess that's the downside of such a good Mount location. I'd stay again if mid week or winter.

While the room was clean, it was very outdated. For the price they charge, I can only assume you’re paying for the hood location. The negatives: The shower pressure was terrible, with the water more like a dribble. The bed felt very unstable. The chain lock on the door was broken. It had an overall dated feel. And being right on the main road it was pretty noisy on a Saturday night. The positives: it was clean, the heat pump was good, and we could log into Netflix on the tv.
