This was a charming property in a great location—just a short walk to the harbor and shopping area. The room was on the smaller side, which was expected, and appeared clean overall. However, I did notice some small bugs in the shower, which was a bit off-putting. Check-in was smooth, but keep in mind the office closes at 5 PM, so be sure to arrange an alternate plan if arriving later. For the price, it met my expectations. I would consider staying here again if I return to Morro Bay.

The man that runs this property is a very sweet and friendly gentleman, eager to make sure each guest is happy, comfortable, and treated with respect. He seems to truly care about each and every guest through his door, a rarity in this day and age. Guests aren't just a number here and that proved he has great customer service here.
