Oia is popular in Santorini, but is excessively crowded. Apanemo locates opposite side of Oia in Santorini, where you can enjoy quiet beautiful sunset as well as the second largest caldera of the world from your room!

Sitting up high in the mountain this 5 star hotel is very modern, very up to date for today’s standards and has a very beautiful view of Santorini. Apanemo Hotel has a very friendly & generous staff, it’s super clean & also provides a very good breakfast with room service. I would like to state that there’s at least 2 stores nearby, a couple of restaurants & a beach within walking distance if not a very short drive from the hotel. Overall I’m very pleased in my selection of choosing Apanemo Hotel in Akrotiri as my hotel of choice and it’s definitely a hotel I highly recommend & would definitely go back to if I where to go back to Greece. I don’t often review things or places but this is one time I have come away from somewhere and just can-not leave a review. From the day we arrived we were treated like we were the only guest they had (obviously we were not). Apanemo is immaculately presented. The Suites are furnished perfectly. Our pool was amazing along with the shared pool. The food was brilliant. Staff second to none and would do as much as they can for you - from advice to a lift into town and booking trips making sure we had the best time. Our room was cleaned everyday and turned down every night. Can’t wait to come back!

It is truly a gem! A beautiful property in Akrotiri, breathtaking views from all rooms, a beautiful dining room, breakfast area and pool! It's like being in heaven ! The staff are very helpful (Leah from the front desk) and both the drivers and the servers, everyone was polite and super helpful ! Convenient transportation and they made everything very easy ! Truly made it a memorable vacation. Highly recommended if you want Santorinis beauty away from the madness of Fira or Oia!
