Very clean rooms and grounds, close to La Gran Plaza mall with great shopping and lots of restaurants, 3 minute walk. Very nice pool and pool area with nice landscaping, greenery and flowering bushes. Good buffet. If night noise bothers you, bring earplugs, many of the train’s night whistles are really loud. Would stay again 🌞

It’s conveniently located with a shopping mall with a movie theater next door. The restaurant on site is a good option if not wanting to leave the property. Plenty of other restaurants nearby also. The hotel is clean and for the most part a comfortable stay. The only complaint I would have is that there are nearby train tracks with noisy trains that pass at night. My stay was on a Wednesday. Not sure if they are a nightly event.

My honest review

Generally favorable. Front desk tried hard to help. It's not really close to attractions. Extremely limited English speaking staff. That's where I struggled the most with the front desk. If you are English only speaking person, I strictly advise against taking any tours with the hotel. That's where I feel I lost all my money because I ended up with a bus full of Spanish speaking people with guide not knowing English. Although they upfront told me that this English and Spanish tour. Also, two nights in a row, I was awaken by extremely loud train horn. For a lower price, you can get a hotel that's higher class and closer to attractions.

The service, cleanliness and attention were very good. All the staff were very friendly. The only thing we didn't like was that they need to change the bathroom system because there are a lot of problems with the hot water and with the taps that you can't control the cold water and the hot water. This is the third time we've been there and we'd like to see if they have some other rooms that aren't so old.
