No provision for early arrivals. After traveling 13 hours by plane was asked to wait 6 hours for a room. they wanted $10 per bag to hold them until check-in. The only restroom available was up steep stairs(I am unable to walk up to it.) I paid $70 to get into the room early. The lobby was full of others waiting for check-in. There were no healthy options for the daily breakfast. They made a mistake about my end date causing me to pack and when they discovered I had another day, they offered another room (which I declined.)

A minha estadia foi tranquila. O check-in vai até as 00:00 e o check-out vai até 12h. No meu caso, meu voo era apenas as 21h, mas pelo valor de 10 reais eles guardam nossas bagagens e deixam usarmos o banheiro. Isso foi ótimo e suficiente para mim.

Ótimo hotel e perto do consulado.

Li muitas avaliações negativas sobre o hotel. Porém,não consigo enumerar nada negativo. O hotel é antigo,mas tem quartos grandes,banheiro grande com uma ducha muito forte,água quente no chuveiro e na pia. O quarto estava limpo e cheiroso,cama ótima,cobertores,lençóis,toalhas e travesseiros muito cheirosos, Café da manhã ótimo! Fiquei só um dia pq fui para tirar o visto. Mas se precisar voltar ao centro do Rio,ficarei lá novamente. O check-in é feito às 14hs,não liberam antes. Mas isso já tinha lido também. Como cheguei muito cedo,paguei para deixar as malas guardadas no hotel,cobram 10,00 por mala. Mas para mim o hotel é nota 10!!! Nada que desabone minha estadia. Paguei 150,00 para duas pessoas pelo hotéis.com. Pena não ter tirado nenhuma foto para postar aqui.

A experiência foi ótima e fomos bem atendidos do check-in ao checkout. O quarto é confortável, com ar-condicionado gelando muito. O banheiro, apesar da estrutura antiga, estava limpo e organizado, com água quente disponível. O café da manhã muito bem servido durante os 6 dias de hospedagem. Sua localização é ótima, porém ao redor do Hotel sempre há moradores de rua, o que requer muita atenção. Seria uma boa ideia deixar ao menos 1 segurança no "beco" de acesso ao hotel, diminuindo a insegurança durante a entrada no mesmo.

hotel bem localizado proximo ao metro e bem silencioso a noite, quarto ok. O wifi era meio ruim, já o cafe da manhã era bem simples porem muito gostoso entretanto podia ser ate as 10:00. Todos que nos atenderam muito simpáticos e educados.

Uma avaliação muito rápida o hotel e muito antigo quartos sao grandes porem com moveis velhos banheiro velho ainda existem bidê, entao ja por ai si tira quanto a sua idade e outra coisa em torno dele muitos moradores de ruas deixando assim aquele mau cheiro na entrada o funcionários todos simpáticos desde da portaria a pesoa que faz a limpezas dos quartos

Localização excelente. Café da manhã muito bom, quarto limpo... atendimento na recepção muito bom. Só o Ar Condicionado que era antigo, não estava gelando bem mas a sorte que não estava muito calor se não acho que iria me apurar um pouco.
