Tucked in the heart of Taipei via Xinyi district with a lovely terrace view filled with greens and outdoor seats that look up directly at the Taipei 101 tower. Adjacent to the terrace pass is the metro station. The interior was serene and modern. The hotel vibe is quiet with friendly staff. The stay sets a great juxtaposition with the bustling Taipei metropolis.

The location is perfect (right next to Taipei 101). The staff was great and very helpful. The room is a little small, but in this part of town, that is expected. If you are looking to party, or explore Taipei, this is a great place to stay.

I stayed here for 5 nights in early November. Best location—right across the street from Taipei 101 which has lots of options for dining and shopping; Literally MRT redline station is just outside the hotel. The hotel is very quiet and clean. Mr. Fan at front desk is so caring, kind and gentle. He made me feel like at home when I was traveling. I really enjoyed my stay here. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Taipei next time.

Not in great shape. Our room had foul odors and molds. Staffs were reasonable and switched to a better condition room. Room size is reasonable and very helpful staffs. Great location that is close taipei 101and all metro lines are accessible.

Difficult to find

Hotel location was misleading. It’s actually across the street from Taipei 101, not at The mall. Spent over 20 minutes 10pm at Ight trying to find someone who knew its location. My flight was from US so lost a day so the front desk consider me a no show and deleted my reservation. Almost had to find another hotel by 11 pm. Breakfast was good however rooms where not clean ones to the standard of a normal hotel. Vents and furniture dusty. My door lock was not functioning so I had to be moved. I thinks is a great location however needs more full disclosures to manage expectations. Not many hotel options in the immediate area.
