I had a wonderful stay at this historic hardwood-framed mountain chalet. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Jennifer, the Hotel Manager, went to extraordinary lengths to facilitate my very late arrival, even upgrading my room. She was fantastic. I also stayed an extra night. The breakfast spread both days was delicious and varied. The view is superb. Highly recommended.

This place is such a sweet, cozy little spot. It’s our favorite place to stay when we come up to Lake Arrowhead. The inn keeper is such a wonderfully kind woman and we’ve always had the best customer service when we’ve stayed over.

Love this place!!! :)

This is our fourth stay at Arrowhead Lake Inn! We love it and never consider staying anywhere else! Over the years they’ve added phenomenal upgrades and it’s truly a hidden gem in a gorgeous area! The staff is incredibly kind and considerate. Thanks again and see you next year!

Stained bedding and steep stairs that wiggle

We did not stay. When we entered the room and checked the bedding it was stained and unclean. I was not comfortable looking at other rooms, as I felt with the condition it was in, other rooms would be the same. We canceled our stay with the woman who was checking us in. The exterior stairway to our room also felt unsafe. In the description of the hotel there is no information I could find that addresses the number of stairs involved, and the stairway to room we were to stay in, felt unsafe.

A Fabulous Stay in Lake Arrowhead

We stayed for 2 nights at Arrowhead Lake Inn on July 4th weekend. The view of the lake was beautiful and the patio had lots of tables and chairs to enjoy the view while having a meal. Gail, the manager was very accommodating and provided a nice 4th of July party with snacks to view amazing fireworks on the lake. Our room was quaint and comfortable. The continental breakfast was nice and served all morning as well as snacks and waters and drinks. We enjoyed that the Inn was within walking distance of The Village and lake that had a lot of great restaurants to choose from. We truly enjoyed our stay in Arrowhead.
