Beautiful location with plenty of vegetation and wild life and by the sea. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The only thing not so great is the little entrance road that was not even and difficult to drive through.

Nice hotel in Praia dos Carneiros, close to famous church, and beachfront. Breakfast is simple but good, nice staff, room is spacious but missing surface to put open luggage. Swimming pool good, the path to and from room need some paving.

Better than expected
The grounds are gorgeous and well kept. The houses are clean and comfortable. Beach access is convenient, very close to all the best spots. Service is excellent. Their restaurant served a variety of foods. Beeakfast was lovely, if small. We had a lovely time and look forward to returning!

Bom dia, Passamos uma noite em um quarto standard e esperávamos um atendimento e um ambiente condizentes com as imagens divulgadas e o valor cobrado. Na recepção, o atendimento foi simples e pouco explicativo, já que todas as informações são enviadas previamente por um grupo no WhatsApp. O café da manhã foi bem servido, com uma equipe atenciosa e sempre disposta a atender. Contudo, em relação à limpeza das áreas comuns, ficamos um pouco decepcionados. Encontramos garrafas de cerveja, sachês de sal e açúcar, brinquedos, mesas sujas, entre outros itens, espalhados pelas áreas sociais (como as piscinas e o espaço de convivência) tanto no período do jantar (18h às 21h) quanto pela manhã (entre 6h e 8h30). Acreditamos que os funcionários poderiam ser mais atentos a esses detalhes para garantir uma experiência mais agradável aos hóspedes. No entanto, os quartos estavam limpos e organizados. De maneira geral, o espaço e parte do atendimento não atendeu às nossas expectativas.

Excelente atendimento
Tivemos um problema com a descarga do banheiro do nosso bangalô na chegada e nos colocaram em outra acomodação, mas no outro dia já resolveram. Gentilmente nos ofereceram um jantar como forma de minimizar o desconforto. Quarto confortável, áreas externas limpas e bem conservadas, piscina muito gostosa. Atendimento excelente de toda a equipe de colaboradores. Recomendo.

Aconhegante, mas diárias caras
A pousada é aconchegante e organizada. O quarto estava bem limpo e arrumado, e muito bem apresentado com toalhas dobradas e flores, que deram um charme e acolhimento. O café da manhã é bem diversificado e saboroso. E destaco o preparo de cuscuz e tapioca conforme interesse dos hóspedes. A piscina da pousada estava sempre limpa e o jardim possui lindas esculturas. Apesar de agradável e ser uma pousada pé na areia, não há nenhum serviço extraordinário que justifiquem o valor das diárias. A pousada possui restaurante que serve porções, almoço e jantar, contudo as refeições são caras.

Ótima pousada, praia tranquila, café da manhã muito bom. O restaurante fica aberto até as 21h, mas se você quiser ir em outro lugar é um pouco longe e precisa de carro, já que em carneiros não tem Uber e o táxi é bem salgado!

A localização é incrível, o atendimento espetacular no restaurante, especialmente da Ana, André, Lenny e Lazaro! Precos um pouco salgados em referencia a Porto de Galinhas, mas é o mesmo em tds restaurantes proximos! A estrutura do apto é precária, muito mofo, velho, pintura descascando, roupa de cama nao é confortável, quarto escuro com luz fraca! Minha esposa teve crise alérgica assim q chegou!
