10/10 Exceptional

Staff was friendly, rate was decent, room was clean, there was television access.

8/10 Very good

Decent basic budget option. A bit sketchy outside with some homeless people late in the evening and in the morning but not bothering anyone. Would stay again if I had to given how expensive hotels are in the Burlington area.

2/10 Poor

Not family friendly

Stayed 1 night for a lacrosse tournament 1 adult 3 kids. Check in went smooth and staff was friendly. Pool not open disappointed because that was a perk staying here. Became apparent more people lived there than not and dogs allowed. Sketchy people hanging in parking lot police there in the morning.

2/10 Poor

Vacation lows

There was NO fridge or microwave, no shampoo, condisioner, or body wash/soap. The floor was tore up in one place and another had tuct tape on it. I like having a coffee maker in the rooom was none. There was i assume homeless everywhere.

Staff were excellent

We stayed for 4 nights. Everything was ok. Rooms were neat. Bathroom were clean. A/C worked fine. Location was excellent. Close to Burlington and have 3 restaurants within walking distance. The staff were excellent, especially Heather, who helped us move to different room when there was a leak in the bathroom. The only thing was some parts of the hallway in front of rooms with dogs, might smell like a wet dog smell. Some dog barking at nights but ok for the most part. I had to point out that the staff were the stars in this facility.

Pass on this one

Do not stay here. The entry way smelled like vomit, there was feces and urine all over the toilet, carpets all stained up and less than savory people living there.

This is a welfare home Dont stay here

Vagerants everywhere, reeks of pot. Every door needs to be slammed to close and noise all hours of night. Staff does try to administer a nightmare with great attitude and attention

Great staff, but…

I was here on business. There’s an uncomfortable “outdoor culture “ around the hotel. I’m wondering if it temporarily houses homeless folks. I didn’t feel in danger as an adult male, but I wouldn’t bring my family here. Ten or twenty people in lawn chairs always in the parking lot smoking, hanging out together, a lot of dogs barking as I pass from car to lobby. I can smell pot. They weren’t menacing, it was just unusual so uncomfortable. Room was clean - minimal amenities. Two tiny bars of soap. Bed was terrible. No support, springs poking my back. Roomy enough. The best part of it though was the staff - friendly and warm - from the custodian to the front desk - they were an unexpected surprise. A super ethnic restaurant nearby, close on off to highway.

4/10 Fair

2 nights for lacrosse

My son and I stayed at this motel for a lacrosse tournament. I will say the staff at the front desk were very nice and polite. They answered every question I had with a smile on their faces and made sure we had everything we need. The place itself could use a deep clean and some updating. The bathroom was very outdated and small. The room was small but it was fine for 2 of us, I couldn't imagine 4 people in 1 room with 2 beds. The people around were really sketchy, and made me a little uncomfortable. But knowing that there were other families staying there as well made me feel more at ease. The pool was closed - which was disappointing because it was so hot, so I can't comment on that. Overall it was fine for the time we needed to be there, I am just not used to seeing so many homeless people / people struggling.

It’s very dated and we noticed people seem to be living there. Cheap but next time we’ll spend a little more for our one night stay in Vermont
Edwin, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

We were surprised to find that this hotel is being used by the State of Vermont to house people who are on financial assistance. There were always people hanging around outside the hotel and that made us feel a little insecure.
Tim, 3-night trip

6/10 Good

Was clean enough but staff checking in was a bit rude. Lots of people hanging around. Think they lived there. Made us uneasy.

300$ for one bed. You can hear everything that happens on your floor. Still better than Anchorange Inn.
Philippe, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Super clean room, 2 fast food resteraunts in the same plaza making breakfasts convienent. Located right off of the highway yet didnt notice traffic noise. Only downside was a very small space to hang any clothing made almost useless by the fridge and microwave being there.
David, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

There were a lot of people hanging out in front of the building smoking. There were others who were not smoking, just hanging. Wondered if part of hotel was being used as a homeless shelter
Vernon, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Guests were scary and un-nerving
Brent, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

While the hotel room was clean, the ambiance around was absolutely horrific. Dogs running up and down the halls, men shouting. Small children shrieking for hours. It was a quick stay, and anyone can not sleep for a night- but I would never go back.
Jennifer, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

It was quiet, but the pool closing early was a bummer 9pm. Summertime I would say at least 11pm and they should have lights out at the pool too.
David, 2-night trip

Clean

While it is a Motel 6 and, apparently, hotels in this area can charge a lot this time of year. The room was clean. But for hundreds of dollars per night I would have thought there wouldn't be missing molding in the hallways, something nicer than carpet tiles in the hallways, a professional interior paint job, and carpeted rooms. But, again, the room was clean.
