Mostly exactly what i expected

Its mostly what you expect from a Days Inn. The only problem is, there is a gap under the entry door to the hotel room, which can allow bugs inside. I didnt see bugs, but that doesnt mean theyre not there, i mean, theres a gap where you can see the carpet when you're outside, and when you're inside, and its dark in the room, and sunny outside, you can see the sunlight peeking in from the gap under the door.

Absolutely horrible!!! Bathroom was absolutely a mess!!! There was missing tile, mold and so much around the toilet I thought it was going to fall through the floor!!! I also killed cockroaches in the room!!!

While bedroom photo is accurate, condition of the building and room is surprisingly substandard. E.g., bathroom door literally could not close and trim finish was missing in bathroom. Location is convenient but one should only stay here if looking for absolute cheapest cost for Waco area. Staff was courteous but there was a broken AC unit tucked away in corner of lobby area.

Good times in Waco

Quick checking in, settled in our room quickly. Very quiet, and in the morning a beautiful breakfast. The smoke alarm was doing that beep on the battery needs to be changed, when we first got into the room. Call down to the desk and battery was changed in less than 5 minutes.

Not what I expected

The front desk staff were great. The stairwell and inside hallway are in need of repair and update. The bathroom / tub area had molding missing from the floor. There was a 1" gap between the bottom of the door and floor which let light in from the hallway. There were what appeared to be cigarette burns on the carpet and bathtub. The staff was great, the location was fine, but the rooms need some attention.

Amicable staff, good budget option

Amicable staff, but it's a cheaper hotel obviously. The rooms are clean, however the bathtub both times I've been here has been less than pristine...just peeling & spots. It's a decent location, next to an HEB and plenty of places to eat. Not a bad budget option.

Dissatisfied with hotel

The bathtub was dirty, uneven, the sink in the bathroom splashed water everywhere when you turned on the faucet, the floor was uneven and we tripped over it walking in the room, the tv had a chip and did not have a clear picture, the front door did lock but was loose fitting when closed, they didn't finish remodeling the bathroom needed the strip out side the bathtub. This hotel needs some remodeling done, the pillow cases were dirty and so were the sheets.
