Upon arrival, the pool had stuff floating in it. All the furniture was piled up away from the water's edge - no indication if it was open or closed. It was near 90 - hopes were dashed. Check in early? Extra, extra, extra. The room, smelled of the cleaner used to cover animal odor. There was a sort of film on the floor - no bare feet in that place. The wall fixture outside the bathroom was missing one of two bulbs and did not work, leaving the back of the room dark.The main fixture near the window had no cover and was dim. There was no mini fridge. The microwave had the wrong tray inside, and it did not spin. The fins on the AC were gone so it blew directly at the bed. The TV hung crooked. The continental breakfast? Guess what that consisted of? Nothing good. About 0900, the maid came by and said room should be empty - hmmm - what is standard check out time? Reality is in stark contrast to presentation - profit before perfomance - disapointing atmosphere. Trains rumbling by half the night - un-rest. There is more, but what's the point?
