Rooms smell like smoke.
The front desk clerk made it well known that if I smoked in the room I would be charged a $150 cleaning fee, however, when I walked into the room it reeked of cigarette smoke. So what does that cleaning fee do? I am not a smoker so it stunk to me. This was a non-smoking room. It was convenient to I90 and there was an IHOP right next door.
