Joe at the Courthouse greeted us warmly and gave us all kinds of great tips for our adventure the next day. The room was the nicest we have come across in our week long Irish adventure all over the island! Big bathroom too. There was a wonderful cozy lodge room for us to sit and relax in. We walked next door for a delicious evening meal and a drink. The breakfast was delicious and made to order. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

Loved that we were so close to Bunratty castle. We walked and there were lots of families out and about and it felt extremely safe. The owner of the property was very nice and obliging. The rooms and hotel had a lot of cottage charm. Breakfast was lovely. The owner himself served made us breakfast, having our table set up and ready for our party at the time requested. Very nice.

Wonderful stay in Bunratty

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Courtyard B&B. Despite having the place to ourselves, the friendly staff went out of their way to make sure we were fully taken care of with a huge breakfast spread. The beds were very comfortable but most of all, the friendly staff made it a memorable experience we will never forget.

We loved our stay at The Courtyard. It was a rejuvenating stay for us - light and airy, beautiful artwork. Very clean and comfortable. The sitting room was a beautiful room with a high trussed ceiling and a large fireplace (no fire). We enjoyed one of the best nights of our vacation there. Last but not least, the breakfast was made to order and delicious!

Joe was very friendly and gave us great recommendations for the area including a short walk to the Bunratty Castle and walkable dinner options with live traditional Irish music. We had a wonderful stay! Joe was a pleasure to chat with and gave us great recommendations on places to visit, places to eat and things to see. Not to mention he’s a terrific cook! This was by far our favorite place to stay out of our whole trip to Ireland!
