No customer service skills!!!
Stayed there two weeks and not once did they offer to clean my room. I constantly had to ask for soap, toilet paper, etc… constantly tried to move to a room on the first floor, because of my bad knees, but gave up, because of the constantly run around game they played with me. Move to a different motel with better service!

The hotel is right next to the railway. It’s very noisy at night. You can feel the whole building shaking. There is a lot of homeless people on the property so makes it really sketchy to go to the hotel room at night. The property doesn’t feel very safe. They have a big parking lot and some of the cars on the lot belongs to homeless and they just sleep in the car. The room doesn’t have a microwave. It does have a fridge. The shower only had bar soap. Have no breakfast available. For the same price stay at Rodeway next door It’s much better.

Room had a very bad smell. Couldn't switch rooms. No hand soap, no shampoo, ran out of toilet paper. There is a train track across the street. Train goes by every hour. Dirty and noise room. Don't go there.

Absolutely the Worst Motel 6 EVER
We stay at Motel 6 occasionally when traveling with our cat as very few places, for whatever reason, don’t accept them. So I know Motel 6. This was not even close to the already basic standards they set. Arrived early and the room wasn’t ready so we left and came back at 3pm, check in time. No one had touched the room. We sat in the parking lot for almost an hour waiting. The room wasn’t properly cleaned. The coffee wasn’t fresh or hot, and then totally unavailable! The laundry room was locked for the entire 7 days we were there, and the very young staff were mostly rude, unprofessional and indifferent. There are other Motel 6’s in the valley and I advise finding one. This place is horrible.

They are trying, but still some problems.
The shower door would not close completely, and the floor in the bathroom had paw mud prints on the floor. This was a newly renovated room, I do give kudos for that but the shower door not fitting correctly is clearly oversite and made it difficult to shower. There were no other rooms available to switch to. Many of the rooms were in the middle of renovation. One other thing...the sound of the train in the middle of the night woke me up several times. I thought I was in the movie My Cousin Vinnie.
