Good little hotel. We stay everytime we go see a concert as it's walking distance to venue. Service was good. Only complaint was they didn't restock the coffee add ins, which was an easy trip to front desk to get.

The check in was fast and easy. The room was clean but the outside hallways and grounds had litter and tons of cigarette butts all over the ground. Some noisy guests around 2am. Its a budget hotel so just don't have high expectations. Its good enough for an overnighter.
