We had an issue with our first cabin which staff were very quick and helpful in trying to address. Our first night was uncomfortable and when the electrical issue was taking considerable time to resolve the management staff moved us, upgraded us and allowed us an extra night. Cannot recommend them highly enough / fabulous park, wonderful staff - thank you
