Very central, noisy but CBD, reasonable price
7 night stay. Hotel is very central, easy walk to subway and an easy 10 minute walk to Time square. The hotel room had good cooking facilities, full size oven and cooking top, plus microwave. The hotel and rooms are old but well kept. Bed was ok, shower over a small bathtub- not disability friendly. The only issue is ~ street noise but that is what you get in CBD New York. Value for money - is reasonably good - NY CBD accomodation is expensive.

The only thing we didn't like was the noisy house keeping employees camping outside our door everyday. Sitting on the floor like they were taking a break. Our room wouldn't get cleaned until 3:30/4:00 everyday. Very annoying

So comfortable and spacious
We stayed in the apartment one bedroom. There were 4 of us and we all enjoyed all the space. You have the bedroom with 2 beds and the living room with sofa couch, kitchenette, dinning room table. Windows all around which I loved, to see the city. Extra blankets and towels provided. Also a tv in the bedroom and another one in the living room. No complaints at all! I also liked that they still use keys. It was very clean and kept in great shape. Staff were very nice and helpful. They also held our luggage after check out to enjoy the city a few more hours before leaving. Would stay again!

Amazing Apartments!
We chose Radio City Apts because my husband was to be in the hospital for up to a week. in NYC. The Apts afforded the opportunity to have a comfortable room as well as a full kitchen, full sized fridge. The staff was so accommodating; I had to add several days to my stay as my husband wasn’t discharged when planned. The staff arranged for me to keep my same room for a total of 10 days! This was huge, not having to move to another room. There’s a wonderful Italian restaurant on the property and the location in Times Square is so convenient. Would highly recommend!!

Best place to stay in NYC
What a wonderful surprise this was! I had a lovely studio with a full kitchen. Everything was clean and in good working order. The property is well maintained. It’s less than five minutes to Times Square. I ordered delicious food from a nearby Indian restaurant (Saar) and it lasted three nights. I’m spoiled now. I’ll only stay here in the future.

Christmas in NYC 2024
This place was amazing. Conveniently located next to the subway, Radio City, Times Square and shopping. I felt very safe with the door man watching all the coming and goings. Room with kitchenette was perfect for lunch and warm up with some hot chocolate. Will definitely be back.

Decent hotel
The hotel was very clean. The location was great, especially for visiting Rockefeller Center or Broadway. The room was smaller than we expected based on the pictures. The bed seemed older and was uncomfortable. It was very hot and there was no way to adjust the heat.

Will be back, great stay!
The lobby, elevator, and room were great. Like the color scheme in the room, was a nice change. Small room and bathroom but that is to be expected in NYC. It was really great for the price. One minor complaint is that it was so hot in the room an no way to turn the heater down. All the rest was good. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful.

Spacious stay in the city
We booked 3 rooms for our family for a 3 night stay post Christmas. All the rooms had a bedroom and a spacious kitchen/sitting area. The rooms were dated, but clean. They only not perfect thing was a dish towel in the kitchen that was so dingy it looked unclean, but there were paper towels also. The location was perfect for us. The staff was great. I would stay here again.
