Good Hotel in good location.
We were sceptical because of some reviews, but we were wrong. First of all. If you are polite and nice, you will get smiles back. The bad reviews of service are probably from “karens” we got smiles, and greetings. (One of the Night-staff was somewhat awkward, but 5/6 we met were just great) The location was perfect. Near everything. Walking distance to beach and partystreet. And shopping mall. Great restaurant just across the main Street (50m away) with 60-70 baht meals. Rooftops Pool was AMAZING sun shining whole day. And if you are quiet, you probably can have a quick swim under the stars at night ;) Breakfast had good options. Just dont go 5 minutes before it ends. We had the junior sweet with pool access. It was amazing. With bathtub. And you just open the door and the pool is there. Everything was clean. This was good.

Staff really good but hotel is not great for 3*
If it wasn't for the nice friendly staff my rating would be lower. The photos uploaded by the hotel does a lot of justice. It's a very old hotel where they still use metal keys but the condition has been maintained. My room's air conditioning unit was programmed to switch off after 10 mins which meant I wasn't able to get a consistent flow of cool air. The beds were fine and comfortable, bathroom is very basic, breakfast is not the best but you can find something easy to eat such as eggs and bread. My room had a balcony, however, beware there may be some pigeons who like to hang around. It's in a good location if you want the nightlife of Patong. You don't get the noise of the traffic so it's relatively quiet. In my personal opinion I think it should be a 2.5* as I have stayed in better 3* properties around the world.

Excellent location!
Excellent location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Didn't eat at the restaurant but the staff at the coffee bar were really great. Room was really small, that was the only downfall. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place!
Great hotel in Patong near everything. I stay at this place each time that I am there and it is always lovely. Clean little room with a comfortable bed and good wiki. You can walk to everything that you need to do and see in Patong. Staff is very friendly and helpful and there is even a small fitness room/gym on site. They have breakfast available if you want. Highly recommend.

The location is good for walking to the centre of downtown and the hotel is not far from Patong Beach. Staff providing breakfast were great. Our stay improved after we were moved to a better room on the quieter side of the hotel. The rooms seem to be in the process of gradual renovation.

Stayed three nights. Place is OK overall, but not great. Staff were kind and hotel condition is OK. Room looks directly into hotel across the street, Wi-Fi not fast.

great stay
This place is simple and bare bones but loved the location- breakfast was great too. Close enough to the main road its about a 5 min walk but truly you dont want to stay right there, it is unbelievably loud, so it was great to sleep here. Staff was helpful in getting taxi and getting our safe repaired quickly. They only had motorbikes for 5+ days which is common in the are after we tried a couple places
