Property in need of TLC, but staff 💯

The property overall is lovely. However, it is desperately in need of some TLC and maintenance. There were plugs in my room that did not work. The staff are who made the stay worthwhile. Nameisha and Shyaine at Customer Service, Tina at the pool bar and the many servers at The Palm that made the experience fantastic and bearable.

The hotel was super clean, and I even got a free upgrade for booking through Expedia. The room was nice and the mini fridge was restocked daily. I loved the rotating food themes and the unlimited drinks were a bonus. Staff were friendly, polite, and made great conversation. There was entertainment every night, which kept things fun. I’d definitely stay here again!

My experience was amazing from the moment I got there the bell hop was full of energy the bartenders where great especially Tina she was my favorite bartender very friendly and great energy even the supervisor Sheryl helpful anything I needed she either pointed me in the right direction or she personally assisted I had a wonderful experience I would definitely recommend this place to everyone and anyone looking for a good time in a clean environment look no further

The property was out dated as far as how the rooms looked. Also the telephone was not working in the rooms. The restaurant food was sub par not the best. Overall the beaches were beautiful but i would not recommend this resort unless it gets up graded and the room service and quality of the restaurants food gets better.

I loved the location, not too far from the airport but far enough to not feel like I’m in a touristy part of town. The resort workers were very nice. The food was good. The furniture and setup are a bit dated but for the price, it was very reasonable. The beaches are beautiful and though we didn’t participate, there are many water activities. We went there to relax and unwind and the resort offered that

We just got back and thoroughly enjoyed the week we were there. The beach is beyond awesome, the staff is super friendly, the food was very good and the rooms were very nice. The check in was a bit slow and towels seemed to be hit or miss whether they took your old towels that were on the ground but didn't replace them, but when asked they got them to us, these were our only negatives. If you are looking for a fancy nothing out of place resort this isn't the place for you. There are some ascetic flaws on the outside of the buildings but the people, food and beach are what we were there for and all of that greatly exceeded what we were expecting reading all the negative reviews.

The property was clean and I extremely loved the beach area and facilities and the mini bar team was on the ball. However, housekeeping service needs improvement. We were there celebrating our anniversary and waited 2 whole days to get towels. Most staff were more interested in selling us stuff than catering to pur needs for what we had already paid for.

This property was a great place to just come and relax. We needed a getaway to just be beach bums and this did the job lol! Food was medicore at best but the staff was very nice and accommodating! There are also places outside of the resort where you can get great views and great food!

Stayed for 8 days. Had a wonderful time! Staff was friendly & helpful: especially JJ, the lifeguard on the beach by bldg 1; Deano, Colin, & Damien. Food was good but options limited due to slow season and only 1 restaurant in rotation and the buffet open each night. The beach was THE BEST EVER! If you're not picky, looking for total rest and relaxation and love the beach, this is perfect.

This resort is in need of a refresh - rooms and facilities were very tired. The only saving grace was the stretch of beach. The staff was also warm and welcoming. The food options were limited - no variety, mostly buffet and only one a la carte restaurant open at dinner. How was there no beach jerk grill/hut in Jamaica. The buffet had a little Jamaican food, no local fruits - just basic. They also ran out of everything - beach towels, straws, spoons and items on the menu. Expected more.
