Firstly I need to state that the staff were fantastic, including the restaurant. They were attentive and well-mannered.
The issues started small and grew.
The EV chargers were not working, considering this being a big selling point to an EV driver on a euro tour this was frustrating, but I am aware of this being a third party problem, however, the booking form should have been updated as apparently, this was an ongoing issue.
The room was not a twin, despite booking one. I was informed that the bed separated easily, this was not the case.
The floor was horrendous, it was filthy, including disgarded medicine, which was a worry when travelling with children.
The bathroom was equally filthy and lacking any shampoo or soap with empty bottles fixed to the wall.The coffee machine, which was completely unusable due to the dirt at the bottom of the water container.
The spa was superb, yet you are charged extra for this.
