Service was really perfect. Since our flight was landing at night (around 10pm), the hotel suggested a self check-in procedure. It went super smooth, very clear instructions. The service was very reactive during our stay, appreciate the flexibility and recommandations that they provided us regarding our visit program. Strong point to notice is the luggage storage service they offer (for free) on demand. Our return flight was at the end of the day so we left the room on the morning and they kept our luggage until the end of the day when we had to go to the airport, very convenient. I highly recommend this place and we will definitely go back here if we have the chance to.

Very nice staff! I was delayed by a whole day due to weather in the states and with a call to the hotel they kept my reservation. I also left my charger and I was able to grope one with no problem. They made sure that we knew when and how to contact them throughout our stay. Very nice service! Just around the corner from the Colosseum and trevi fountain was a nice surprise.
