Staff was friendly, the room felt modern, and the downtown location was super convenient. This is a very good option for downtown lodging. The hotel is towards the end of a major renovation, but there was not much work remaining when we were there. We stayed there at the beginning and end of our train trip. Rooms facing the parking lot are quieter that the ones facing 4th Street. There is an excellent coffee shop/gift shop onsite, as well as a full service restaurant. We did not eat breakfast so can't attest to the quality of the food.
