Nobu at Caesars palace
Overall, the hotel and aesthetic was amazing. However, my only note would be that we had to keep coming back to the front desk to deal with issues regarding our key cards or Wi-Fi or credit card info. We only stayed for two nights and never experienced that at any other hotel, but other than that it was a fabulous experience.

2/10 Poor

For a supposedly top hotel it failed on many levels. Furniture in room very much needs renewing, was very badly marked and clearly not changed for many years. Shower didn’t work properly. If you wanted a coffee in the room, a machine was provided but you had to pay 20usd for the pods - unbelievable for this level of hotel.

Nobu was great. A nice quiet retreat from the bustle of the Caesars Palace casino floor. Would have given 5s across the board, but our room phone cordless handset batter was dead and the hot water wasn’t quite as hot as required during the 2nd shower. I also ordered a few items to the hotel and there was no option to pick them up at the check in desk or have them delivered to the room.

4/10 Fair

We stayed at the most expensive hotel on the strip, and unfortunately, the service didn’t live up to expectations. Check-in went smoothly, but things quickly went downhill. The rooms were small and underwhelming. We tried calling for service and concierge multiple times, but no one ever answered. Instead, we were greeted by a message to call back later due to service being busy. We opted in for cleaning services, they arrived very late in the afternoon, just as we were trying to take a nap. The room was left dirty all day. The room has a K-cup maker but no coffee, creamer, or sugar provided. There was tea available in the lobby, but no sweetener, which was inconvenient. The worst part came when my fiancé spoke with the reception staff about the poor service. The receptionist acknowledged and he agreed with some of the issue and promised to secure us a reservation at Nobu, stating that he’d call us back shortly. However, after almost 2 hours of waiting for his call, we were left with trying to contact the concierge (again with no answer), we had to get up and go back down to the reception only to find out that he had forgotten about our reservation. For a hotel that cost nearly $2,000 for two nights, the lack of attention and poor service was disappointing and left us feeling frustrated.

Very nice boutique-like hotel within Caesars. I would go back, but would have liked more in-room amenities.
