Me and my family loved it here. The view from our room es exceptional it has a view of the ocean and the pool. i like that they have a free snack bar for the guest. The Hotel staff are very nice too.Our favorite is the pool slide. we had so much fun.Zanpa beach is just walking distance from the hotel which is very convenient they also offer more acitvities there like jet ski, dragon boat and much more. I wish we can stay more days but we will definitely coming back here.

10/10 Excellent

Early June stay. Pros: Large rooms, nice bidet toilets with separated bath/shower room. Friendly staff. Slides and lazy river great for families. Huge parking lot. Able to eat off site purchased food in lobby with tables. Free drink bars at certain times with delicious drinks. Cons: Pool closes quite early. Hotel shops very overpriced for basic things like sandals. Need a car to get around to food and convenience stores.

8/10 Good

water park several pools one small one for kids a lazy river an adult only pool, lunch at the pool bar the food's good they also have a buffet there. Throughout the day you'll get unlimited soda and water and coffee or tea would definitely get the breakfast buffet for the morning you get a very big variety of food it is the same food everyday they don't change it. maybe change it up every 3-day rotation would be nice The dinner buffets a little smaller you do get sushi and you get alcohol variety of beers wines and I believe there is liquor even there. But that's why it's $50 for the day in US dollar. It's better just to book it when you book the hotel room because then you book it for the whole thing and you'll save money if you're going to do it everyday .there is a restaurant you can walk to at the entrance of the complex there's a little shopping plaza there with a restaurant you can get ice cream there and snacks and souvenirs. also you can walk to the lighthouse it's not that far and there's another place where you can get food and souvenirs and camping equipment over there and then you also get the beach across the street with your hotel stay you'll get one lounge chair per day per room bring your own towels and you'll get to use the jungle gym that's in the ocean for 50 min, you get a discount on the Motorsports, you get paddle boarding with the room as well. The lighthouse is not that far away it is a nice walk there they also have a playground a basketball court at

4/10 Poor

Don’t recommend you staying at this hotel if you can’t stand the heat as they have a poor HVAC system and high room temperature. I’ve requested to change the room but still no any luck - the second room that they have arranged for us was even worse. I could not sleep peacefully during the entire stay.
Tin, 2-night trip

6/10 Okay

Facilities such as swimming pools, slides and unlimited drinks and snacks provided are really good. The opening hours of pools and drinks service until 22:00pm are really nice. Best thing to stay in Hotel. But unfortunately the room seems TOO BIG and smelly. The room should have sofa according to pictures have showed on website. But turn out we didn't found any sofa in room and massive empty space in room which seems so odd. And the room, corridor and lobby or even every corners smelled musty. Experience was not so good at all. Suggest to insert some perfume will be better. Overall I think it is good experience expect the quality of room. Facilities are excellent and worth to say in hotel whole day.
CHUN WONG, 2-night trip

8/10 Good

The water slides and water activities on the beach were amazing. You ABSOLUTELY need water shoes for the beach. It's much too rocky and painful without them. The staff are soooo friendly and kind. Everyone was smiling and helpful, which we really appreciated. Especially everyone helping with the water slids, which made the experience more enjoyable! The one thing we were disappointed with was the outdoor BBQ option. For the price ($100 per person roughly) they should have provided a water jug or some extra side dishes like fries or mashed potatoes, salad, etc. The drinks at the BBQ were extra ($10 per cocktail), which kind of took the wind out of our sails, especially when they came in really cheap looking plastic cups. This especially sucks when the buffet has free drinks and cocktails. There is no lunch option at this resort, so really recommend this BBQ thing during the day and not at dinner time (our mistake!) Other than that we loved it
Amanda, 2-night trip

2/10 Terrible

Terrible service

Terrible service. We didn’t put the make up room sign at the door and the room wasn’t cleaned. We asked for clean up when we return to hotel at 4pm and we have to negotiate with the front desk. They also threw/took away our brand new instant noodle. The free snack provided at the lobby tasted terrible, this was the worst fries I have ever had. Also everyone use their towel to occupy the sunbath chair by the pool side. We couldn’t find any chair at day 1, then day 2 we also put our personal belongings on the chair to get a chair before 9am. However when we return to the pool after spending an hour on beach, my belongings were put on the floor and someone else put their stuff on the chair. There was an old Japanese guy taking all 4 chairs including the one that I put my stuff on. I asked the staff to come over and reason it out, they spoke in Japanese, then asked me to leave. I said that’s ridiculous that I was there before 9am and all chairs were empty, I insisted not to leave my chair and asked for the manager. The manager never showed up, the staff asked me to leave again. I asked the staff to check CCTV to see who got here first. They spoke in Japanese and ran away. They can back with a normal chair and asked me to sit there which I refused. None of the staff can speak English. These are the most impolite group of Japanese people I have ever seen!
