Great check in. Nice room. Housekeeping came in every day with new towels and cleaned out trash bins (that was very nice). Rooms are very clean and having a small little sitting area right outside the room was great at night to relax. Definately would stay again.

This is our sixth time staying at the Golden Gables Inn and we were a little bit disappointed. The room and area was clean overall but our room had several house flies in it and smelled of cigarette smoke. We’ll likely return, hoping this was just a one-off.

The property is older and the wear was obvious. The room was clean, even though the inside of the door and walls could have used some attention. There isn’t someone onsite at night so if you need anything late at night or early in the morning, you have to wait. The bed was comfortable, but the noise from other guests was continuous. I was super annoyed the internet did not work my first night there. I had some work I needed to do remotely and was unable. We decided since I couldn't work, to spend some time in the patio area and use the hot tub. The hot tub was not working so that was very disappointing. There was no breakfast here and having to walk to the main office for coffee was inconvenient and frustrating. I went to Dunkin for coffee instead but was very frustrated that I had to do so.
