Room was good , breakfast was a poor continental , very short of supplies and still over half hour till was finished snd no one refilling , staff could be abit more aware of where shuttles pick you up for going to Hostfest , second day we knew the routine . the issue i had was based on the cleanliness of the pillows, it had a strong oder, maybe from pet saliva (maybe human). they definitely were not changed out after previous customer. pillows were not comfortable, they were like couch pillows or pillows that were folded and put into the pillowcase.
