Okay hotel but not the best area
The hotel was ok. It was pretty clean, service was good. The rooms were spacious. However, the area around the hotel was not the best. Keep that in mind. It’s about a 15 minute walk to penn station newark and it was not a pleasant walk. We walked through questionable areas.

Check in was seamless. We parked in the garage attached to the building and entered through that entrance. We had the room key and were in the elevator less that 5 minutes after getting in. The hotel itself was very nice, clean, and new, as was the room. Everything was really comfortable. Great experience.

I love the safety and that it was quiet. I have a son with sensory issues so it really helped that he didn't get startled from noise. The 2 things that were disappointing was the parking situation and that there was not a lounge or bar area.

This property is in a TERRIBLE location. The parking situation is EXTREMELY inconvenient and confusing ESPECIALLY for guests with disabilities. I won't recommend this location to anyone.
