Beautiful, exceptionally clean, great staff. Had terrace overlooking the Cass river and was well worth the little extra cost. Free breakfast and evening Happy Hour were a treat. Easy walking distance to all the downtown sites and about a mile drive to Bronner's Christmas store.

This was a last minute stay due to a horrible booking in another town. I had been to this city before and loved it. So happy with this hotel every one was friendly. Hotel was very nice clean conveniently located downtown next to shops and dining. Enjoyed the complimentary happy hour and the view in the back on the patio was very nice. Always enjoy our stay at the Herzog in Frankenmuth! Convenient location, love the parking and lovely to enjoy time on our balcony! The evening apps and drinks are a nice touch and hot breakfast always good.
