Lovely staff!!

Staff were very helpful, friendly, and welcoming. We were able to leave our bags before and after check in which was great. We booked a small double canal view room, which as it says, was small, but room enough for 2 people to sleep and fine as we were barely in there. Overall very pleased and would stay again:)

We wanted a hotel walking distance from train station and this was perfect since we were just staying for a day! There are 5 in my family and we were in 1 room which was perfect for our short stay. Restos and stores close by, and staff was friendly!

Nice place, we arrived early but we weren’t allowed to check in early which was fine because it forced us to go walk around and we had a good time exploring. Very close to the red light district and there’s a good restaurant right next door and a museum next door as well. Our view from our room was great. Overall wonderful place.

Room wasn’t ready two hours after check in, one pillow person only which were basically small cushions, no complementary drinks or snacks at all, window was hanging on for dear life when opened, dampness around window but other than that location is perfect room was small but expected it really and yeah if you ain’t staying in the room for any other reason than to wash n sleep then it’s alright

This hotel was exactly what I needed. The staff was really friendly, and my room was clean. Excellent staff. In my opinion, the best part of this hotel was the location itself, it's central to almost everything. It's so close to almost all local attractions and only 5-6 minutes away from the Amsterdam centraal station. There are many shops, restaurants, and bars nearby. The rooms were without aircon and it does get really heated. You do get provided a fan which helps. Something I would have liked to see was a mini bar or something of sorts so you could store your drinks/food.

This the worst experience in my life, window is very small and the roof also is low to standup, the steps is too high and narrow to carry the luggage in the room.The toilet is smelling and tiny. The service is no service. It’s so terrible to have that price to stay in that kind of place.

HORRIBLE

was absolutely the most horrible experience in my life. There wasn’t an elevator or anyone to help take luggage up and down narrow, spiral staircases. There were absolutely no amenities. They required a cash deposit upon arrival which we were not notified of prior to check in and they only took euros and no other currency. the room was dirty unkept and the beds were extremely uncomfortable. Not to mention they had absolutely no air conditioning and we were not notified that it was under repair for the entire stay. We had to sleep with the windows open and we ended up getting bug bites all over us! There was no safe to keep our valuables in that was usable in a very unsafe part of the city. Anyone was allowed to walk into the hotel at any time day or night, there were no safety measures to keep us safe.

Hôtel très bien placé, on avait bien une vie sur le canal, en plein quartier rouge. A condition d'avoir des bonnes chambres. Accueil très rapide, on ne manque de rien. Pas de petit déjeuner, mais il y a tout de même un machine à café avec un micro ondes... Donc rien n'interdit de le faire soi même. Le hic : Le ménage est plutôt tardif (13/16h !)
