We enjoyed a relaxing two night stay here. Our room was large and very comfortable. Nice amenities including snacks in the room, a breakfast bar (for an added fee), and full laundry facility. Friendly and helpful staff. The paid parking on the premises is highly recommended as street parking is not easy to find. The hotel location is extremely convenient- a short walk into the village.

An Interesting, Hotel with it's own sense of style

This is a good well located and reasonably priced hotel in Queenstown. But it is worth noting the hotel is a steep clime up from the lakeside and town. We booked parking which worked well. at the time we stayed there was no nearby on road parking. The hotel and room decor is very style conscious and my wife loved it. I confess I was rather less convinced! The staff that we met were universally friendly and helpful. Overall a very good stay and we would not hesitate to use it again.

Great 3 days! Only thing that could possibly have been better was the morning coffee. Great location and managers on site were very attentive. Happy hour was great as was the bottle of wine in the beginning to relieve the stress of our flight etc from Australia. It really appreciated that there were no additional charges for things like the mini-bar, snacks, happy hour, continental breakfast. The room was very well appointed, good water pressure in shower. We even had a choice of the type of wine which was included as the VIP bonus (and it was very good wine too). Staff at reception were very friendly, efficient at checking us in and showing us around the hotels amenities. The hotel is only a 10 minute walk to the waterfront, park and shopping/dining.

Staff was friendly, helpful and lovely. Our room was quite large and included a bathtub which was great to soak in after a few weeks hiking. The decor is unique and vary fun. Away from the busy part of queens town but just a short walk 5 minutes to get to dining and shops.
