Wow!! I cannot stress how beautiful this holiday was. The staff were absolutely incredible, nothing was too much for them . They were helpful , friendly and knowledgeable. The villa was perfect. It was clean , comfortable and nothing hadn’t been thought of . The in room check in after a long journey was a perfect touch . Fresh fruit , tea. Coffee , fresh towels and toiletries were stocked up daily . On the last night we arrived back to a beautiful bath with petals and fresh fruit . All the small things matter to the staff here . Absolutely gorgeous resort! All of the hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience. The resort is an hour from Da Nang city and the airport. If you are looking for a mediation style holiday or a break, it is the best option. Away trom the busiest city life, casinos and nightlife. The staff service is on top of best. Welcome to share more of my experience from potential guests!

Hotel Heaven

In a formerly war torn part of Vietnam, this hotel stands as a wonderful oasis of peace and tranquility. We can't speak too highly of this hotel to which we return every year. The rooms - we stayed in a sea view hill pool villa - have fantastic views and are huge providing a real sense of space and privacy. The quality of the food is excellent as well but what makes this place truly exceptional is the quality of service. The staff are so friendly and go to huge lengths to ensure guests' stays are as close to perfection as possible. Its the little touches that we liked - lovely birthday cake and tree planting ceremony on birthdays and the traditional Vietnamese afternoon tea experience.
