Room looked and felt dirty. Specifically asked a non-smoking room because we were with our kids and we got a room that reeked of cigarettes. This is an extended stay hotel so it had that weird vibe. Good price though and was ok to just spend a night. But definitely felt uneasy - especially with a a broken lock to the patio door..

Nous avons passé le week-end du 4 au 6 juillet à la dune du Pilat dans ce style d’hébergement pour la première fois. Nous avons été ravis de la chambre avec tout le nécessaire à notre disposition dans la cuisine.😊 Il faisait une très grande chaleur à l’extérieur, nous avons donc très apprécié le ventilateur au plafond. Et la vue sur le lac est un plaisir pour les yeux et ce détendre. Le personnel à l’accueil très agréable accueillant, et à l’écoute de leurs clients. Ils m’ont même appelé le matin pour nous dire que notre chambre était prête à l’heure que nous souhaitions.😊 Nous envisageons tout nos week-end à l’avenir dans les best western .👍

Nous avons séjourné entre amis pendant 2 nuits dans un logement avec une chambre double et un canapé-lit dans le salon. L’appartement était fonctionnel, bien agencé, avec un balcon agréable pour profiter du soleil. Le parking est pratique et il y a plein de magasins à proximité, très utile au quotidien. Nous avions lu plusieurs avis négatifs sur la piscine, mais quelle bonne surprise ! Elle est de taille normale, propre, à bonne température, et offre assez de place pour tout le monde — parfait pour se rafraîchir pendant les grosses chaleurs. En revanche, il manque clairement des transats autour et la piscine n’est pas surveillée, ce qui peut entraîner des situations tendues avec des enfants laissés sans surveillance. Points à noter : • Pas de climatisation dans le logement (gênant en été) • Aucun produit de base fourni (pastilles lave-vaisselle, etc.) • Environnement calme, mais peu d’animation le soir (manque de bars ou de lieux de sortie) Le personnel, en revanche, est super : accueillant, disponible et très pro. En résumé : un séjour globalement agréable, surtout grâce à une piscine qui nous a agréablement surpris, mais quelques manques qui rendent le rapport qualité/prix un peu élevé.

Tout s est bien passé malgré quelques explications confuses à l arrivée. Vue lac vs vue piscine, acces au pdj, horaires non communiqués, wifi non mentionné etc.. Le lieu est tres agréable. La kitchenette pourrait etre mieux équipée notamment avec éponge et mini produit vaisselle et un torchon.
