Fanatsic team helpful staff. Food is fabulous. On our way north Moffat and in particular the Famois Star hotel is a lovely stooping off point. Service is excellent...thos is our 6th stay it just gets better and better.

Pleasant Comfortable hotel.
Very pleasant stay in Moffat. The famous star has Very welcoming and friendly staff. My hotel room was comfortable and had plenty of space. The shower in my room took a little while to get hot, but it did warm up after a few minutes. (Although I know some other guests did have trouble getting hot water). I had dinner in the hotel which was very nice, and breakfast in the morning was plentiful, and hearty.

Excellent and friendly service at arrival. The property was very clean and the rooms/bathroom very roomy for the narrow property. Well appointed toiletry items and coffee/snacks.
