Terrible experience!
Arrived and had to call hotel phone number to get someone to come from the back apartment to checkin. I had a service dog and they are charging me for having a dog - when it is illegal to charge for a service dog! Charged for towels not in the room and NEVER used! Have tried to reach management over 5 times to no avail - given dates and time but never in to reach to get a refund!
