Condições

O atendimento na recepção foi bom, nos deram todo o suporte, mas tivemos problemas com ar condicionado, nao gelava de jeito nenhum, dormimos a noite com q janela aberta, ainda bem que tava chovendo, se nao seria insuportável. Gentilmente nos trocaram de quarto, mas mesmo assim o problema continuou. Fora isso o wi fi não funcionou bem e tiveram picos de energia na hora do banho. Café da manhã bem razoável para o preço da diária. Um ponto mto bom é a localização, mas infelizmente o tempo nao estava bom para aproveitar.

Hotel mediano. O quarto (4 andar) tinha cheiro de mofo e a estrutura física precisa de manutenção. As roupas de cama estão gastas. O chuveiro não esquentava bem à noite e falta exaustão de ar no banheiro, que fica todo molhado de vapor. Não há bom isolamento acústico e a janela não veda o ruído da avenida movimentada situada à frente. Além disso as luzes da varanda ficam permanentemente ligadas à noite, sem opção de acionamento do hóspede, com luminosidade invadindo o quarto. A cortina não bloqueia a luz de modo eficiente. O ponto positivo fica por conta do café da manhã, com boa variedade e funcionários atenciosos.
