Whilst the entranceway and the room look nice the amenities are poor. The air conditioning is practically non existant, it was so bad we had to change rooms several times as the air conditioning did not work. The wifi kept going every few hours. The sink was blocked and although people came to fix it, it never was.

The location is perfect and the proximity to the Istiklal street is best. The rooftop breakfast is a great one with beautiful views. The concierge was very helpful in guiding. This is not a 5-star hotel similar to other Rixos hotels I have visited. The hotel building is old and outdated, the rooms with Pera view is definitely not a view of the city but rather a close look into the nearest wall. Breakfast was nice, some of the staff was friendly, the reception staff was not so nice. We celebrated a birthday and had ordered flowers & cake in the morning which came as promised so that was nice. Overall the hotels desperately needs a renovation.
