Wonderful Staff at Rihga Royal Hotel Niihama

Rihga Royal Hotel Niihama is a wonderful hotel. About 12 minutes from the train station by taxi. The Rihga staff was fantastic. They are friendly, helpful, and polite, and will assist with anything you need help with. Check in and check out were super easy, and room was cleaned each morning. We had never stayed here before, but were left impressed by Rihga Royal Hotel Niihama.

旅行の宿泊に利用させて頂きました。客室はゆったりとした感じでした。お風呂は内風呂でしたが充分だったと思います。朝食はビュッフェ形式で種類、品数共に満足しました。また愛媛に来た際には利用させて頂きます。

町では1番のホテルなのだと思いますが、だいぶ古くなって来て、あちらこちらに汚れと荒れが目立ちます。そろそろ限界か。朝食は田舎にしては値段と内容でコスト高の印象。が、離れた場所にあるホテルなので他に食朝食の選択がなく仕方ない。部屋は清潔に掃除されてますが、空調吹き出し口の周りの汚れなど気になり、夜中、息苦しくなって目が覚めた。アレルギー反応だったかもしれない。そろそろ建物、装備が耐用年数超えかもしれない。問い合わせの電話をしたが、アンサーフォンで、オプション番号も選べず、地方都市の人手不足（あるいは低賃金）と宿泊施設のコストカット方針を実感した。その後、問い合わせメールをしたら比較的早く電話で確認の返信が来た。新居浜市泊ではベストのホテルのようです。

地域で唯一の総合ホテルだと思われる。ホスピタリティは評価できる。施設等は年数が経ってはいるが、清潔に保たれている。部屋も広い。周りにショッピングモールくらいしかない。朝食も特筆すべき点はなし。
