Friendly staff, nice location. The resort is rundown and need renovation. The kicthen is falling apart and grizzy. The tilles are loose in the pool etc. it is easy to see the former glory of the resort.

The staff is very friendly, however, they do not speak very much English. The place is clean and they are doing construction. Our room was amazing with our own pool and jacuzzi. Breakfast buffet every morning was delicious. Close to Patong Beach! They only offer glass water and coffee, nothing to go.

We stayed in a sky suite and it was fantastic. The view was beautiful over Patong. The sun was on the balcony and plunge pool all day. The room was kept clean and it was very comfortable. The staff were so friendly and would do anything for you.

The property was nice. It was far enough away from Patong Beach so noise wasn’t an issue. The view from our room was beautiful. The room had all the amenities but it wasn’t as clean as I like. The breakfast was great and it was included in our stay. If you want quiet time away from the noise and hustle and bustle of the beach, this is the resort for you. If you want night life and a variety of choices, this would not be the place for you. Great staff and customer service.

Fabulous stay and well organized to travel to the room in the hills. Some personnel were not very friendly (morning buffet), but others for the happy hour were very smiling and nice. The cocktails were ok but could be better. The A/C was working but not efficient at keeping the room cold enough to be really comfortable, if I would have stayed more than one night, that could have been annoying. I truly appreciated the Free shuttle to Patong and the quality of the morning buffet is amazing! Also a lot of free drinks in the hotel room which I have rarely seen other hotels do. The gym has an amazing view and the pool is nice with not a lot of people in the afternoon so it is very relaxing

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Indochine Hotel, and I can honestly say it was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in a long time! From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was greeted with warm hospitality and an inviting atmosphere that set the tone for my entire stay. The rooms (4 Bedroom Villa & 3 Bedroom Ocean Suite) I stayed in was absolutely beautiful, spacious, modern, and immaculately clean. The décor reflects a perfect blend of contemporary luxury with traditional touches that evoke a sense of local charm. The bed was super comfortable, and the amenities provided (think high-quality toiletries, a plush robe, made me feel like I was in my home away from home. Otherwise. The location was treat. Very close to both Patong and Kamala Beach. Transportation, via grab made it convenient to get to all the hotspots within a reasonable amount of time. Honestly, its hard to find something that was wrong during our stay. Everything went perfect and I plan to return in the future.
