Good location, reasonable price compared to other hotels in the area. Downside was the room looked tired, very basic compared to say a P Inn.

Had a lovely 2 nights stay here clean room , bed was comfortable, room had everything we needed apart from air-conditioning but still manged to sleep with window open. Even got to see 2 different bagpipers playing at the hotel main entrance! Hotel staff was very friendly and room was quiet! Food was lovely and had a lovely breakfast before our long journey home. William wallace monument was a spectacular view from our window, highly recommended and would stay again.

The room was fairly average and not as good as I expected, but it was clean and warm.
The evening meal was excellent.

All fine, probably a bit dated here and there but clean and functional.

The staff at the hotel were very kind and professional. The room had a weird smell, uncomfortable beds, and they did not restock the toilet paper when they cleaned.
The girl is right next to a bus stop that will get you to city center.

The hotel is set in the grounds of Stirling University, which is a bit confusing when you're looking for it but the grounds are lovely

The hotel was fine but the location isn't very convenient to anything. There's only one lift and it was at the opposite end of the hotel from my room.

Initially we were given a room on 2nd floor but my husband has mobility issues. However changing rooms wasn’t a problem. Room was spotless and comfortable.
Breakfast was a feast.
Great value for money.
Although there was a large private party we weren’t disturbed by any noise. Ate from bar menu. Food excellent. Service good.

It was good value. We are old and allocated a room on the second floor. There wasn't a lift but we're not complaining.

The welcome was spot on, efficient and friendly could not fault the young lady on reception. One bedside light in our room was not working, reported this immediately, reported again at breakfast and again later yet it was not repaired.
The hotel is beginning to shows signs of being rather tired, bedroom furniture scratched, very small areas of mould in the bathroom and stair treads taped etc

Good location. Has the use of pool and gym although can be very crowded. The breakfast is good value. Dinner is a bit more pub food than a restaurant as they do not open the proper dining room
