ABSOLUTELY AMAZING - the staff was welcoming with refreshments. They were also VERY helpful us and down the challenging steps with carrying our VERY heavy bags. Gorgeous hotel with beautiful view of the caldera! We stayed in a premium room which had a balcony with great views! The room was lovely! Very comfy and spacious with good facilities! Breakfast was amazing served on a lovely terrace overlooking the caldera. Porters met us in the square and carried our cases to and from the hotel.

This property was absolutely gorgeous. Yes there are a few stairs to access but that’s the price you pay for a million dollar view. It is generally quiet with only ever a handful of people around the pool. The breakfast is generous and had many options. Sitting poolside in the sun taking in the view was the highlight.
