The property needs updating. We stayed for four nights, and during that time they never cleaned the room or provided fresh bedding. They advised me not to use Uber for a taxi, arranged one for me instead, and I ended up getting overcharged—£21 for a 5-kilometre journey. For the same distance, Uber charged me only £9.
There was no reception and no ongoing communication from the owners—only when we arrived and when they happened to see us on the property, and even then they barely acknowledged us. Overall, the service was poor and the stay simply wasn’t worth it.
I decided not to complain at the time because I didn’t want the hassle of arguing with the owners. However, my rental car door was damaged while parked at the hotel, and when I asked about it, I received no response.
