A terrific price for a 3 bdrm suite. Spacious with a water park and heated lazy river. Laundry in suite was convenient, and kitchen was well stocked with pots and dishes. Excellent customer service. Only negative was lack of room service.

This is regarding our stay from Jan 7 to Jan 12 2025 - Our room number was 3525 We arrived on the 7th. On the morning of the 8th we were moved to another room because our original room was next to your game room and the noise level was much too high The next room we were sent to had a broken door operator. Rather than move us immediately, you sent technicians to try and fix it. When fixing it would not work, they attempted to replace the door handle all together. This took hours to complete and when it was done, it still did not work. We did not feel comfortable leaving our room with the door unlocked so we lost half a day waiting around I went downstairs and spoke to the manager Jeff. He apologized for the many inconveniences and offered us a hotels.com credit. He also personally went to find another room for us.The next few nights their room keys would not work so anytime we’d leave and come back to our room, we’d have to wait a long time for security to come open the door. Imagine waiting in the hall way for 30 minutes with two kids crying for the bathroom It's now been over two weeks and I have yet to receive any credit. I have spoken to hotels.com many times. They have tried to reach out to Grove management (Jeff in particular) many times with no success. I called the hotel but they just leave you on hold At this point I feel I was lied to and it's not a good feeling to have. It's not even about the credit at this point. No apology. No credit. No empathy. Shame

Rooms could use a few more hooks especially the bathrooms. Power outage to bedside lamp/plugs on one side. Overall room was great, and Service was great! we stayed in the Terraces.

Not the best experience
It was just ok. Got moved from one room to another almost two hours after we checked in because apparently our room was not cleaned which is not ok. Bath towels had long black hairs in them… so gross. After telling the staff that we had been traveling since 3 am, everyone was exhausted and just wanted to sleep they moved us to a room by the pools and bar which was so loud. We didn’t get to sleep until after 11 when the pool closes, which they make it abundantly clear that it’s closing, with an announcement over a PA system that all of Lake Buena Vista can hear. At check out it said I owed $50 extra dollars for the resort fee which I had already paid. Front desk adjusted which was great, but just another inconvenience. Room was spacious and would be great for family’s. Overall this was not the experience I wanted for my daughter’s birthday and our first night on vacation. The resort did offer voucher for dinner as a compensation for the room situation.

I had a horrible check in. Stayed in Building 2 of The Grove. Place was "clean" with dust that hasn't been wiped. elevator was dirty and tiles falling out. See pics. They had no luggage carts in the individual buildings. There was a rusty leak underneath the bathroom floor that rose up and transferred to the tub mat. I found hair on my bed, and on folded towels. Many towels were stained - should be permanently replaced and not put in guest rooms. Furniture was beat up and not maintained. Horrible experience never again.

Very disappointed
This place has so much potential, but very disappointed. We have kept a list of issues that we will bring forward to the hotel when we return home, but to start our room wasn't ready until 10pm, travelling with 2 kids (7 & 5) made was very inconvenient, was given 4x $50 vouchers by the kind gentleman at the front desk. It was apparent that they were short staffed (housekeeping, resort restaurant)Though friendly, most staff were not knowledgeable when we had questions and appeared overwhelmed due to staff shortages. We were unaware of a shuttle service that we could have used at the hotel (paid, not the Disney shuttle) until our 4th day rather than wait for Uber. We were informed by the gentleman in the front lobby helping with luggage but front desk had little to no info on this and said "it's available if someone is working tomorrow", when asked if someone is working tomorrow, they said "I'm not sure." Not a reliable source of transportation especially when trying to get to Disney early before the traffic. Pools were nice, waterpark was okay. They had a Gatorland member bring wildlife and a gator to show the kids in the Element Lounge which was one of the highlights. We ended up checking out a day early to stay with relatives at the Sheraton Vista a due to these issues. Had to pay for room services at check in, they came 1x in 6 days. There is lots more unfortunately l. Wouldn't recommend, will not be returning.

Excellent!
I stayed in the Terrace suites and they were very nice. It looks and feels like an upscale hotel. The property was very nice and the amenities on the resort was easy to get to from the Terrace and they provided transportation to and from your room so you wouldn't have to walk, although walking the resort is nice and peaceful. It does cost so prepare for that because you are going to want to come back.

The room was clean and nicely updated, the hallways were dirty and smelled of cigarettes. Aside from the watermark and pools there was not much to do, and the water pressure at the splash area of the waterpark was way too high. The “activity room” was small with mostly baby toys and coloring- there was painting at $8-$10 a piece. All activities were expensive. Renting a fishing pole for 2 hours was $20, the boats and kayaks were also pricey. There is 1 outdoor seating area for the entire resort though there is room for several areas throughout. There are no games to rent out for families, no bean bags, tennis courts, basketball hoops, or grills to use. The mini golf was expensive, as was the arcade. I have stayed at other resorts that are just as nice with more included activities. Parking was $25 per night.

Everything was great! Only down fall house keeping knocked on the door and ran away as of to get us out of the room so they can clean it. We were sitting on the porch and they knocked on the door making is get up and answer the door but nobody was there. Check out was in thirty minutes. We wanted to sit for a few to eat before the long drive
